SHIPPING
All items are made to order, by hand, in our studio in Canada. Due to this process orders subject to a 2-3 week manufacturing time before shipment.
RETURNS
All items are made from start to finish when you order.
Unworn, unaltered, unwashed items with tags can be sent back for a size exchange only within 7 days of receiving the item.
We offer customization for some items including length, colour and sleeves. Please note that any custom garments are final sale.
Customers are advised to refer to the sizing guide provided in the product description prior to purchasing to allow for correct sizing decisions.
CUSTOMIZATION
Some of our pieces are available for customization. This includes changes such as length, sleeve or sleeveless as well as colour. We offer bridal colour options for most of our pieces. Please contact us for information on customizing your order.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Actual product color may vary slightly from the images shown. Every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colors, and every individual may see these colors differently. In addition, lighting conditions at the time the photo was taken can also affect an image's color.
